The CMA is prepared by gathering a list of homes similar to yours in the current market that have recently sold, gone under contract, or have been newly listed for sale. This tool is your greatest ally in maximizing your asset value!
I can then help with tips on how to get your home ready for the market. I'll create your listing, write the description and bring in a professional photographer for the best photos. Your listing will appear on the MLS and other popular sites, apps and social media giving it great visibility. Your property will look it's best and a great listing leads to more showings which then leads to a faster sale at the best possible price!
From the first phone call to closing, you will be my priority and I will maintain consistent communication.
The listing service fee is based on a percentage of the sales price to be paid at closing by the seller.
